Shipping policy

At Soul & Soy Candle Co we try our hardest to keep shipping costs low, however when it comes to glassware and Australia Post- anything is possible. Your items will be packaged as best as I can using brown packing paper for protection and FRAGILE clearly labelled on the packages. Unfortunately you buy at your own risk and no items will be replaced or refunded if glassware is smashed or cracked.
