Welcome to the Soul & Soy Candle Co Website (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Soul & Soy Candle CO (ABN 77619146054) and all references in these Terms and Conditions and in the Privacy Policy to “we” “our” and “us” means Soul & Soy Candle Co.
By accessing or using the Site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
ORDERING
You must pay for all products in full by one of our payment methods listed on the home page.
While we will strive to complete your order, we will not be liable to any person if we decline to fulfill an order, or we are unable to supply the products in your order. A sale and purchase of products contract will not be formed until we confirm acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to alter, upgrade or discontinue any product or information contained on the Site without notice.
We may cancel orders if we believe that they are fraudulent, or if an error has occurred including, without limitation, listing with an incorrect price or information.
PRICE
The price for the products will be in Australian dollars, and will include Australian GST and/or sales taxes where applicable.
We may alter the prices of the Products at any time without notice.
SHIPPING
Flat rate shipping will be applied to all standard retail orders. Where products are very large or you require packaging in a non-standard manner, we may charge an additional packaging fee.
DELIVERY
We will deliver the products to the premises nominated in your order at your cost (at the rate specified herein) within a reasonable time of accepting your order. If we have specified a delivery date, we will try and deliver the products to you by that date. We will not be liable to you for late delivery, and late delivery does not entitle you to cancel any order or part of any order.
We retain ownership of the products you have ordered until you pay in full all amounts owing for these products. The products are at your risk as soon as they leave our premises for delivery to you.
RETURNS
Soul & Soy Candle Co wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. Should your product be received damaged or unusable, please contact the owner (Jade) directly on 0424900259 or soulandsoy@hotmail.com
To receive a full refund*, you must return your items within 14 days of purchase. Your purchase must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging and accessories.
To complete your return, we require a prior notification and return authorization.
It is the customers responsibility to pay any return shipping charges.
*There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. For example, but not limited to:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
REFUNDS
Refunds are not offered for change of mind under any circumstances. Soul & Soy Candle Co will notify you once your return is received and inspected. We will also notify you if your refund request has been approved or declined.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If your refund seems to be delayed please contact your bank/credit card company first. There is often processing time before a refund is posted. If your bank/credit card company is unable to assist you, please contact Customer Service.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
Exchange are made only for defective or damaged items.
